Strive Medical is easy to work with. I had to phone them on a couple of occasions - my calls were always answered promptly (a rarity in these times) and both times the employee I talked to was courteous and professional. Regarding the communication with Janita A, she's just been wonderful, and she makes the process so easy and painless!  This is also the best place for our patients thus far. The portal for orders has been an outstanding upgrade compared to what I've dealt with in the past with DME suppliers, and I have 15+ years' experience with urology DME ordering.
