Do you carry my product?
Whether you need a certain kind of intermittent catheter or wound care dressing, if the product is available on the market, Strive will be able to provide you with your preferred product. Product availability should never be an issue with Strive Medical.

How do I reorder my supplies?
We have many quick and easy ways for you to reorder your supplies, just let us know which one is right for you! We are happy to assign you a Patient Care Coordinator to reach out to you via your preferred contact method when you are due for supplies. If you prefer to contact Strive Medical when you are ready to reorder your supplies, you can reach out to us by phone, text, email, or our Patient Hub App. If you are a non-Medicare patient, we offer a dependable automatic-refill service, our Continuous Care Program. If enrolled in our Continuous Care Program, Strive Medical will automatically refill your orders each time you are due for a reorder of your supplies.
Can I receive more than one month of supplies at a time?
You can receive more than one month of supplies per order if it is part of your insurance plan’s benefits. Many insurances, including Medicare, will cover three months of supplies per order; however, some plans will only allow for a one-month supply. We are always happy to verify with your insurance if your plan will cover a three-month supply order.
Do I need to call in to reorder my supplies each time?
Only if you want to! If you would like to take away the hassle of requesting your reorder each time, we can contact you every time you are due to reorder your supplies. For our non-Medicare patients, we have our Continuous Care Program available for automatic refills of your medical supply orders.
What happens if my doctor changes my order?
If your physician changes your order, simply have them fax us an updated prescription to 866.680.5574. You can always let us know, too! We are happy to contact your healthcare provider should you need any assistance.
Is it a good idea to reuse my catheters?
The FDA recommends that patients do not reuse their catheters, as this increases the risk for urinary tract infections. The FDA recommends that catheter patients use a new catheter every time they void. If you are running low or out of catheters, please contact Strive Medical or your healthcare provider immediately.

How long does it take to receive my supplies?

What do I do if there is a shipping or delivery issue with my supplies?

Will my supplies arrive in discreet packaging?
Absolutely! No matter what your supplies are, they will always be delivered in discreet packaging.
Do I need to be available to sign for my package?
A signature is not required to deliver your supplies. If you would like your signature to be required to deliver your supplies, just let us know!
How much does it cost to deliver my supplies?
Our delivery is always free, and it’s fast, too! Supplies are received in 1 to 2 business days at no cost to you.
How are my supplies shipped to me?
Strive Medical uses FedEx and UPS to ship our packages. If the ship-to address is a P.O. Box, the package(s) will be shipped via UPS to the local U.S. Post Office, and then they will delivered to the P.O. Box.
Can I have an order shipped to an alternative address?
You certainly can! Simply notify a Strive Medical representative if you need your shipment mailed to an address different from your primary address we have on your file.
Do you take my insurance?
Strive Medical is proud to say that our insurance portfolio reaches over 90% of covered lives in the United States, and that number continues to grow! We accept most private insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Do I need a prescription to receive my supplies?
Most of the products Strive Medical supplies require a prescription from your healthcare provider. The prescription will need to be signed by your healthcare provider, and most prescriptions are valid for up to 365 days from the date the prescription was written.
Are you billing my prescription or major medical insurance plan?
The products we supply here at Strive Medical are submitted to your major medical insurance and processed according to your major medical insurance plan’s durable medical equipment (DME) benefits.
How much will my supply order cost?
The cost of your supply order depends on your insurance plan’s coverage, deductible, and out of pocket max. If you are unable to afford your medical supplies, we have a financial assistance program you may qualify for.
When do I need to pay for my supplies?
If you have insurance, you will need to pay for your supplies after Strive bills your insurance and sends you an invoice. Your due date is on the invoice, and the due date is 20 days from the date of the invoice. Your payment will be considered past due after 30 days, and a late fee will be applied after 45 days of being past due. If you are uninsured, payment is collected at the time your order is being processed.
When will my payment post?
After you receive your invoice and submit your payment, please allow for up to 10 business days to reflect on your account.
Is Strive Medical accredited?
Yes, Strive Medical has been accredited by ACHC. ACHC is a Medicare approved accrediting body.
Do I need to register for a Patient Portal Account on the Strive website in order to use Strive?
Only if you want to! Creating an online account will help Strive Medical communicate with you, as well as keeping your information on file up to date. Having a Patient Portal Account allows you to reorder your supplies, pay invoices, and gives you access to helpful videos. Many of our patients love using our Patient Portal, feel free to give it a try!
