Whether you received the incorrect, damaged, or incorrect amount of product, please let Strive Medical get it right for you! If there is an issue with any of your shipment's product, please contact Strive Medical as soon as possible. Strive Medical will replace any items that were damaged, missing, or defective upon opening. Strive Medical cannot accept a product return if the product's original packaging is opened, even if it is undamaged. Before returning product, please contact Strive Medical to obtain a return authorization number. Strive Medical may require a restocking fee for product received 30 days after the delivery date.
As soon as your order is received, we advise our patients to confirm the products and quantities sent by matching them with what is listed on the packing invoice. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns when confirming your products received, we're always happy to help!
Note: Most supply products have an expiration date printed on the product packaging. Please verify that the product has not expired before using.
